Международная академия системологии
Международная Академия Системологии, является общественной организацией творческих личностей – исследователей, изобретателей, учёных и др. созданная на основе общности интересов и призванная служить развитию научно-технического прогресса, международной консолидации научно-технического сообщества и профессиональных творческих объединений.
Деятельность академии основывается на принципах добровольности, равноправия, самоуправления, независимости творчества, альтернативности решений научных проблем, взаимосвязи науки, техники, образования и практики.
Цели Академии
Основной целью Академии является развитие и внедрение системологии как методологии научных исследований, прогнозирования процессов, решения конструкторских и изобретательских задач, реконструкции естественной истории.
Приоритетными целями являются:
1. Организация и координация научных исследований и внедрение их результатов в практику, разработка и реализация приоритетов социально значимых программ,
2. Содействие развитию международного сотрудничества в науке, технике и образовании, интеграции исследователей и инженеров в мировое научное сообщество.
3. Содействие совершенствованию системы образования, подготовке квалифицированных специалистов во всех сферах творчества.

Bonn
Rovshan Gambar was born on June 3, 1951 in Fuzuli District. In 1968 he graduated from school number 62 in Baku with excellent grades. In 1968 he entered the Faculty of Chemical Technology of the Azerbaijan Institute of Petrochemistry.
1970-1974 he received a higher education at the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Dresden, Germany. In 1984 he defended his dissertation. In 1986-1988 he received a second university education in the field of sociology, psychology, politics and economics.
In 1992 he is one of the initiators of the application of the test procedure for admission to higher education in Azerbaijan. Assembly of the Azerbaijanis of the World, registered association in the District Court of Bonn in 2005
